三星 的首部折叠式屏幕产品 Galaxy Fold 经过一波三折之后终于推出，作为初代概念型号价格自然高昂，最近有消息指 三星 正在准备明年公布 Galaxy Fold 的平价版本，降低入手门槛。
据消息透露，这款平价版 Galaxy Fold 代号为 SM-F700F，将只支持 4G 网络并于美国、加拿大、中国、印度、韩国和欧洲推出，拥有黑色和紫色供选择，但储存空间只有 256GB 一款。

虽然最初谣传它的名称会定爲 Galaxy Fold 2，但也有消息指它并不是后继机款，而是入门版本，会被称爲 Galaxy Fold e 或者 Galaxy Fold Lite。至于手机的设计则仍然衆说纷纭，到底会维持初代 Galaxy Fold 的侧开式设计，还是学 Motorola RAZR 般垂直折叠则有待进一步消息。
预计 三星 将会在明年的 MWC 大会上公布这款新手机的详情，并在年内发售。届时会否同时出现 Galaxy Fold 的旗舰后继机款，就仍然有待观察。
